Businiess name:  Boch Dodge

On July 3, 2006 I brought my car in for an inspection. I watched them drive it into the garage and then went home. I never received a call telling me that they had finally inspected the car. I called and they told me that my car was finished but that it failed inspection because it had a major gas leak and it wouldn't start. Knowing that my car had no such thing when I entered the lot when I got there I told them that I was holding Boch Dodge responsible for damaging my car. Both the manager and the mechanic told me that the gas tank was rotted through and the car was already like that. When I pointed out that I drove the car in and I watched as they drove my car into the garage. The manager called the Norwood police and told me to get my car off their lot or they would push it out onto Route 1! While waiting for the police the manager told me to swing at him so he could really get me arrested! The tow truck driver who was called said that the plastic fuel line of my car was crushed probably when they jacked the front end up. Ernest at Westwood Gulf told me that he believed that it was crushed when lifted up too. I have the piece of the fuel line that was punctured and it is punctured all the way through from one side to the other. It was either incompentence or out and out malice,(meaning someone stuck a screwdriver into it)! Boch refused to take responsiblity for there actions, treated me horribly and damaged my car possibly on purpose, I guess hoping I hire them to repair it! They are thieves.
