Review content:
The trainers are excited to see me, and to help me prepare for any fitness goals I come up with. They target what I want to work on (Lance Armstrong ride!). The days of a trainer who gives the same program to everyone, and who is bored doing it are OVER for me! From the front desk to the trainers, everybody there is doing what they want to be doing, they come up with fun ways to work out, every session is different and they are truly caring. Laurie is helping me with my diet, Alex figured out how to help me work out when I had forgotten my tennis shoes (I love these people!). The facility is clean and comfortable, and I appreciate the privacy I have there…. Amy W
