Review content:
Every time I have been to Chilies in Lufkin I have had horrible service. We usually have to wait about 20 minutes before we get any service. By the time we get them and order our drinks we know what we want to eat but we still have to wait for them to come back to take our order. The last time I went there we had about 6 people total in our group and they messed everyones order up. Not only did they do that but they also brought our food out a different times. So two people had their hot wings they were not done, then we got the pizza that was not done, next came the burger and it was wrong and the meat was very pink, last came the two orders of Alfredo and well they were wrong and cold. Needless to say we didn't eat the food and we left. The manager apologized for what happened but it wasn't the first time at the same location this had happened to us. I would recommend staying away from this Chilies.
