Businiess name:  Intl House of Pancakes

Review content:
When we traveled to Big Bear for the weekend we use to always have breakfast at IHOP. I don't care for some International House of Pancake restaurants, and this is one of those I don't like. I use to, but not anymore. It is not popular anymore and there isn't a wait when you arrive. That should tell you something. Also, the restaurant has a B rating. The staff is not friendly. The waitresses are not attentive. The decor is still the same, but the owners are not keeping the restaurant clean. The bathrooms are not clean. And the food is not suitable for eating. I hate to think what is going on in the kitchen! The new owners are not interested in satisfying their customers. They ignore you. They have no interest in improving the restaurant and don't want to hear your suggestions. We will never go here again until it has new owners and is improved to the quality it use to be. There are many other excellent restaurants you can go to for breakfast in Big Bear, but please ignore IHOP. You will be completely unsatisfied and wished you had never spent any money there when you are done. For a resort community like Big Bear Lake, it is too, too bad that IHOP has gone down hill. It is located right as you are entering The Village, which is an excellent location for the tourists who have come into town. You can eat and then stroll right down the street to see the shops in The Village. The restaurant building takes up the whole corner. This land could be used for something a lot better than this IHOP! And, here I use to think this was the best IHOP I had ever been to.
