Review content:
West Coast Medical is a poor excuse for a doctor's office. You have to wait weeks for an appointment, days for a referral and no one ever answers the phone...you are stuck with voice mail . You can call several times before you actually speak with someone. Getting a referral can be a nightmare and the office staff has a "go somewhere else if you don;t like it" attitude. I would not send my dog to this office. You have a better chance with 911 than this office.
