Review content:
We have been going to the Mexican Food Factory for a few years and the quality has been consistent and the menu choices rather ambitious. In my youth, Mexican food was mostly tacos with chips and salsa. But today, my taste has expanded so I expect a little more. This restaurant has all of the regular offerings and spices it up with entrées that expand the Mexican food experience.
For instance, I recently had steak over rice with a side of very good cole slaw and the best corn on the cob I have ever had (seriously, it was amazing).
The side salad, with cilantro laced dressing is a meal in itself. And the chips and dip were home made and fresh.
Like Mexican? Give this restaurant a try. You will not be disappointed.
