Review content:
I went in for a partial highlight and ended up with very noticeable color spots in my hair. I was very upset, and even more upset when I called to have it fixed and they told me that I had to wait almost a week to have it fixed because it had to be fixed by the same person. I did not want the same person to fix my hair and they insisted that it was their policy and that I could not have a refund. They did eventually let me have another person fix my hair, but not after I had to walk around with my hair embarassingly ruined for 2 days.
