Businiess name:  Anne Nails

Anne Nails in Forest Hills is not a good salon. Firstly, the woman didn't file my nails right; she did it back and forth, which breaks the nails. Also I had to ask her to do some of them over again because they were noticeably crooked. Then, since she told me that getting the manicure designs cost two dollars, when there was $4.50 on the bill I said, "But I thought you said it was 2 dollars." And she was like "Each one is 2.00. Can you please pay me now???" So rude. Then, I went to the other woman to get the designs on. For the one nail, she had to do it THREE times before she got it right, and even then it still didn't look that great. I asked her if there was someone else who could do it, since it was wasting my time, and she was like no. And then on the third try when it still didn't come out right she was like, "oh...you can ask someone else I guess..." Finally I gave up because I didn't want to waste my entire afternoon there. So she said "Oh, well, it isn't like a print so of course it isn't going to look the same" I told her I didn't agree...It still has to look good! Obviously I didn't tip them and I will never go there again.
