This is an absolutely atrocious management company. I'm a responsible professional and did not appreciate my ceiling caving in and dripping water on my belongings for at least six weeks. The response time for maintenance was incredibly long, and the company charged us hundreds of dollars above our deposit for routine paint and a cleaning charge (when we had left the place spotless).
Many people complain when they are charged for damaging a place. I did not damage the house on 7th street, and I respectfully lived there. Hallmark hung me out to dry, so don't make the same mistake by renting from this worthless company.

Cons: Cheated, Low quality place, zero professionalism
