I ordered lunch from there and the girl who took my order, Meaghan, was the rudest, and most ignorant server that I have ever encountered. My order was for five different ladies and when I got there to pick it up I ask if she could split my check so I could pay for them all separately. She told me that it was impossible. I?ve been in the services industry for awhile now so I know that even if her computer system didn?t have the capabilities to split the check she could have re-entered it the correct way and voided the first order. I should have known that this would be too much work for her to do after the fact that I told her my order was for five different people and she didn?t offer, in the beginning, to ring them in separately. After getting back I realized that I had been charge and given a whole order of pasta instead of the half that I had asked for, I was charged for a whole salad and had been given a side salad, they did not give me the drinks I ordered and paid for, and our pizza was cold. When I attempted to call and speak to the manager the server that I had dealt with earlier answered the phone told me he wouldn?t be back for thirty minutes and hung up before I could get another word out. All in all it?s needless to say that I will never go back. The economy isn?t strong enough right now for businesses to have employees that cannot take initiative to go the extra mile for customers, let alone not be able to properly take orders.
