Review content:
Friday mornings, around 3:30 am is when the line starts. By 5:00 am, there is a good-sized line, and by the time they open up the doors, it's a mad dash to rush into the little hole-in-the-wall storefront for some of this country's most sought-after pottery. Within 30 minutes the place is mostly cleaned out of anything at all not-so-common.
It's an experience everyone should have at least once. I know people who travel hundreds of miles once every year, just to be able to grab a few pieces of pottery for their collections.
You'd never know it to look from the outside, but this tiny little building does a great deal of business, just loading up their shelves twice weekly.
The prices are moderately expensive, but much less than you'll pay on eBay or in some of the resale stores for Bybee pottery.
Call ahead of time to make sure what days they are unloading the kiln.
