This is a nice Mac store, Marc is a nice guy and helpful but lacks Mac repairs. He does very basic repairs, that you can do yourself. My motherboard was fried and took it to him (I didn't know it was fried). He charged me $75.00 to diagnose the computer and couldn't tell me exactly what was wrong. He just told me there was a problem (dah that why I took it to you) and he couldn't fix it. He ramble on about this place in NYC that would repair it. I took it to Best Buy in Middletown and they told me exacly what was wrong within 5 minutes. I lost 75.00 going there so BEWARE!!!!!
