I have never wrote an onlline evaluation before. After my experience with Valens, I feel that I should applaud them on what they do. Over the past 10 years I went from 150 pounds to 180 pounds. A lot of it was due to the steroids that I had to take. Instead of helping me with the weight gain, my doctors just kept on giving me more medication. I was taking three pills for diabetes, two for high blood-pressure, and one for cholesterol. Of course I am still on the steroids.
I've tried every program possible to try to lose the weight because my doctors told me that it's due to the prednisone and the weight gain. I finally arrived at Valens. I have lost 80 pouinds so far and I am completely off all the medications except the prednisone which I need.
