Thank you Karla for all the help you have given me during the past 6 weeks. Before I had a chance to work with you and Dr. Curtis, I really didn't have much clue on why my weight would get stuck on the plateau. I really appreciate the support and education which you have patiently went over with me. I really feel good and so much more energetic on the wide variety of meal plans which you have designed for me. I love it that I am no longer craving and yet losing weight. This was a great investment for myself and I have since referred two of my friends hoping they will benefit as much as I have. Karla, thanks again for being there for me, empowering me to take charge of my health. You are awesome!
