Review content:
El chapparal offers authentic Mexican food. My husband is from mexico and says the food does stay true to form. The portion sizes are large and the value is good. They also have a full bar with American favorites and imports. The only thing that I would comment as being bad is that they seem to have a shortage of staff. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait for the food to arrive and when the regular waitresses are not in, the service can leave something to be desired. Your best bet is to go there on Friday when the more seasoned waitresses and cooks work and be prepared to leave full!
