Terrible service. Employees had misinformed my wife about a gift she was getting me. When she went to pick up an item they had on hold for her, the supervisor said she couldn't have it. This was after the other salesperson had already shown it to her and was ringing it up. The supervisor took the employee aside and said she couldn't sell it to my wife because they had pre-orders for the item. He then switched the game out for a different game and had the salesperson pass it off as the same game (version 1 instead of version 2). Wife noticed in the parking lot and when she went to return it and get the correct game the supervisor was very disrespectful and rude, loudly and smugly stating how wrong she was about which game she had on hold (although she clearly saw that the game she wanted was on hold for her). My wife quietly stated that he was being a "stubborn donkey" (in fewer words) and didn't need to put her down because of the situation. The supervisor then arrogantly refused to refund her money, stating that she should go across town to get their other store to buy it back from her. He then told her to leave and refused to give her his name or his manager's name. Only after the nice Hollywood Video staff called the Game Crazy manager would the salesperson complete the refund. It took over an hour (plenty of time to find the game elsewhere) to get nothing accomplished. But at least the punk supervisor wasn't able to scam her into being stuck with the wrong game. This is unacceptable when there are so many other choices out there. WORST. GAME STORE. EVER. Pros: Good selection, new titles, inside of Hollywood Video. Cons: Offensive service, super slow, often sold-out
