Businiess name:  Fiesta Cinco DE Mayo Incorporated
Review by:  Jessica S.
Review content:
I believe this restaurant has again changed hands, but is still serving Mexican. It is a real shame that the wait service is so poor at Fiesta Cinco De Mayo, because the food is usually quite good. The restaurant serves the traditional assortment of burritos, tacos, fajitas, etc., as well as fancier food including shrimp dishes from Mexico. But when you spend twenty minutes waiting for a waiter or waitress to take your order, it somewhat puts a dent in your otherwise nice evening. Aside from that, the food is consistent, the frozen drinks are good (try a frozen margarita). But there are probably better Mexican places...Hacienda in Highland Falls and El Bandido in Middletown come to mind.
