Review content:
Paris on the Platte is great for people watching. I wish there were more independent coffee houses like this one (and fewer Starbucks, whose proliferation in Denver is truly alarming). Unfortunately, the service at Paris on the Platte was lacking last time I visited. There was only one server, who had trouble managing the many customers who needed coffee at the same time as me. Espresso drinks and coffees alike are available in large and small pitchers, as well as in cups. That is a nice touch for those of us for whom one cup is never enough. This coffee house also serves light food and desserts.
