Review content:
The ladies first gym is overall very nice. They have reduced their hours of operation and the hours they have the kids club open. However, they have an awesome sauna. As long as its not broken, it feels wonderful! You can just sit in there and let your troubles melt away. They do offer classes, I have only tried one. They have treadmills, elliptical machines, bicycle machines and many weight machines. The people there seem to be very nice. They are not crowded at night, I usually go around 7pm and it is nice. You can always get the machine you want. You cant take your kids that late though.
