This restaurant does look nice and elegant. However, our plan to enjoy a dim-sum here was ruined by extremely slow service; terrible food, which is cold; and worst of all, the manager was very arrogant and rude, It is ok that the food is not that great, but I have NEVER seen a restaurant treated its customers in this HORRIBLE way! She even shouted at us, yelled histerically aross the hall, just because we first urged the food preparation, which is extremely low (more than 30 minutes after we ordered); and later we asked why the food was not hot enough??????... We will NEVER go back to this place EVER!!!
the manager was very rude. One of our dishes even had rotten shrimp in it! Give me a break. Do yourself a favor, and STAY AWAY from this restaurant, don??????t even CONSIDER. You??????re in the Seattle area, there are tons of other dim-sum places.
