Doc's is one of those restaurants that out of towners and locals alike go to in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores (the original is in Orange Beach). The food is awesome and reasonably priced. (All seafood, all mostly fried). The food tastes super fresh like it was caught that day, as opposed to some of the places around there. When we went to the Orange Beach location in the off season, it was really smoky. They didn't have a separate smoking and non smoking section. I didn't like that too much, but it was tolerable. The Gulf Shores location has a really good buffet on certain nights.
