Review content:
I have never done this before but I feel like I must. Last Saturday, my boyfriend and I went to our once-beloved Bongo Room, braved the half hour wait (standing the entire time) just to learn that the quality of the food had seriously diminished while the prices had gone up. We both ordered Eggs Benedict and when our food arrived, the plates were 75% potatoes and 25% eggs benedict with the cheapest tasting hollandaise sauce and thin ham steaks you've ever seen- the kind you can pick up at Jewel and use in a sandwich. The gigantic mounds of hash browns were bland... It's a shame that once a place has some sort of notoriety, they feel confident enough to lower food standards and raise the prices. We will never go back there again.
Pros: NICE LOOKING PLACE
Cons: LONG WAIT FOR BAD, NOW MORE EXPENSIVE FOOD.
