After being a guest at two birthday parties at this location I decided to book my son's 5th Birthday Party there. Boy, I ended up being VERY disappointed! The normal staff member that does parties was not the one that ran my party! The staff member that was in charge never ran a party and didn't have a clue what to do. To make matters worse, he took all the parents orders after being told NOT to! I ended up complaining to the manager and he took some money off the bill, but I was so embarrassed! Not a good experience for the adults, but the kids had a great time.
