I was referred to Scott by our Realtor. Scott helped us with our home buying process. Scott knows local laws and regulations, and his fees are very reasonable. His office is very professional and friendly at the same time. Scott and his office staff always returned my calls in timely manner, with answers ready. Scott guided us through the whole home buying transaction and helped resolve all issues before closing. During closing, Scott explained all documents in plain language, which helped to speed up the transaction.
I would recommend Scott Bromann for all home buyers in the area. I will definitely go back to Scott if I need any advice from an attorney.
