This Circuit City is located in Port Richey. I love music and it is always nice to shop here for the latest releases. The store is big and tidy. They carry lots of digital cameras, equipments, dvd players, cd players, and computers just to name a couple things. However, they really did something terrible. Two years ago, my father purchased a floor model Toshiba laptop computer for a Christmas gift. He made an offer on it. The employee agreed with the price and held it for us. When my father showed up with the money they reneged on the price! They raised it significantly. My father had to take it because it was 2 days before the holiday and did not have another chance. He was really taken advantage of and no customer deserves such dishonesty. It was not a great experience. I recommend Best buy because the customer service is much for respectful to the consumers.
