Businiess name:  Empire Restaurant

Empire Szechuan is an excellent Chinese restaurant convieniently located off of i-84 on Main St in Southbury. Here they serve traditional Chinese meals with an emphasis on fresh ingredients, good presentation, and excellent execution in preparation. The menu here is typical of what you would expect in any Chinese restaurant with an added bonus of a sushi bar and some dishes for those of us that are more health concious (prepared by steaming and without MSG). The interior of this restaurant is large, but the warm lighting and elegant table settings and environmental decor make it very inviting. The service is hit or miss- mostly miss, but who cares when the food is so fabulous.
