Yet another fantastic addition to the fleet of tasty restaurants invading Ladera Ranch in recent months. The atmosphere is warm and modern, and the staff is cordial and helpful. My husband and I came without reservations for dinner on Sunday evening and snagged seating in front of the chefs at the counter where we witnessed the creation of works of art right in front of us. When dinner came, we were even more pleased because it wasn't just about looks: dinner was delectable! I was told by one of the chefs that weekday seating is a bit easier, but reservations never hurt, especially during main dinner hours.
