Review content:
I have been subscribing to Qwest services for over 3 years now. Qwest is a good company and has good customer service. However, I believe the prices are too high for someone to pay. You can get cell phone service, digital TV, DSL, long distance, and a phone number through them. With every item they have, I have found cheaper ways to go about getting the service.
Digital TV? Don't use DirecTV, use Dish, or get cable, not digital, but still good.
Cell Phones? Many choices here instead of Qwest
Long Distance, Phone Number? Get Vonage or Packet 8 and get unlimited long distance and a phone number for less than half the price they charge.
DSL? Go with another DSL provider or get cable and get faster speeds.
Qwest is a good company, but overall I don't like being forced to choose one company for anything. I like to have the choice of switching to someone else.
