Review content:
My husband needed a diabetic eye exam for contact lens. His HMO said that he had to go to Perich Eye Center. They couldn't see him for 2 months. The day we went for his exam they were running really late. I waited over an hour. The new HD 60" television kept overheating and turning itself off. I asked the staff a couple of times what was happening and nobody seemed to worry. . When my husband came out he said that his contacts were ordered and should take 7-10 days. Two weeks later they came and instead of $39 they wanted over $100. They had ordered the wrong ones on his plan. After waiting forever they said that they would get back to us. We phoned numerous times to tell them which ones were on my husbands plan, and we finally got the contacts three and a half months from when we started. The place looks gorgeous but I would rather go to a chain and then a Manager would have been able to chase them for us. Very disappointing. I just hope his HMO have another ophthalmologist for the end of this year.
