I'm very particular about which banks I choose to do business with partly because I've worked in different banks for a few years. I can honestly say that Regions is a great bank...I've never worked here either so this is not biased. I've never had anything but the friendliest customer service. I only have 2 of their products, but I'm sure the rest are wonderful as well. I've never had any problems at all. However, I've never "overdrawn" my account either...so if you don't know how to keep track of your money then you may have problems. However, if you're a responsible citizen and looking for a friendly place to do business with, this is the place to go!
