the first time I visited this salon, I thought I had finally found a stylist I could stick with after trying to find a good one closer to my new home... She was very nice, cut and foiled my hair as I desired and even included a hand massage. The next time I visited, I only wanted a root touch up of my foil highlights without a cut because I am trying to grow my hair out. I almost felt like she was mad at me for not getting a cut or something... Just very quick with me, and she whipped through the full head of foils in about half the time it normally takes... when she styled my hair, she didn't put ANY products in my hair and parted my hair in the middle. I mentioned that I prefered the part to the side so she did it a little bit over, but it just looked oddly off-center. When I got home, I re-parted my hair only to notice that I had about a centimeter of light brown roots showing all along my natural part line! I've also found spots that are chunky/funky looking... It's not fair to get charged $80 for a root touch up that looks like it is already 4 weeks grown out and blotchy in certain areas... I tip fairly well too (20%) considering I am a full-time student, buy my products from the salon, and am very loyal to a stylist when I have found a good one, so the last thing I want/should have to deal with during my "me" time at the salon is a bad attitude and very bad service...
