Review content:
I like to go to places where people are friendly and polite. In today's' fast paced world there has been a lack of good customer service or the meaning of such a thing as customer service. It is sad that so many have forgotten that even a smile can go a far way. A friendly "thank you" is always nice to hear as well. I have had bad experiences at fast food places before, even at this KFC, but lately the service has gotten much better. The people working at this KFC seem to be friendlier then in the past and if the order is wrong they will go that extra mile to keep you coming back. Hope they keep up the good customer service.
