Businiess name:  Interplay Seattle

Review content:
Krista Harris, Seattle dancer and Interplay leader, couldn't wait to bring Interplay to the Pacific NW. After experiencing Interplay and its forms in the Bay area Krista paired up with Ingrid Hurlen, a dance teacher and fellow Interplayer, to share the play, creativity, and body knowledge found in Interplay forms. What is Interplay? Interplay was co-created by Body Wisdom, Inc.'s Cynthia Winton-Henry and Phil Porter. Cynthia and Phil have been together as a team for years working and playing, writing, and performing together, and with others, in community. Interplay is now world-wide. Through the forms of movement, voice play, storytelling, and stillness participants learn to live easier and play harder, throw and catch, take in, and toss out what isn't needed. Information becomes exformation (too much on the brain isn't good for the soul or the BODY). Find an Interplay group, class, or performance soon in Seattle and surrounding areas. You'll be glad you did.
