I have done about 10 escrows with Premium over the past few years. Lysette Freeman is the best I have worked with, she is professional, efficient, intelligent, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. I have worked with other companies and they can not compare. if I could give Premium a rating of 10, I would.
It was during one escrow she advised me to put the asset into a separate LlC prior to closing. I did what she said and it literally saved me one million dollars in capital gain taxes. She is the best !!! don't go anywhere else
