Tom R. An HVAV tech with McHales Inc gave me great professional service and deserves recognition. He arrived on time was neatly dressed, introduced himself and went right to work. He fixed the problem quickly then went beyond the call of duty by finding a safety issue that was not apparent to us and fixed it too. He was careful in our property to clean up. We were more than satisfied, in fact I called back the next day to get some leaky faucets and a leaky shower valve fixed. Thanks McHales it was a pleasure. John Harrison
