Review content:
American Water was recommended by several households in our neighborhood. They are listed as experts on our Kinetico water softener. They quickly responded to our request for annual maintenance (hadn't been completed by previous owners for 10 yrs). They gave us lots of good information and gave us credit for the visit/service toward a water prefilter for the whole house. They installed the new prefilter tank accurately, efficiently and at reasonable price.
