We were very impressed by the professionalism of both the office staff and the install crew! They went above and beyond during the inspection/ quote process then again during the actual install. The two men that installed the unit were very kind and courteous, respectful of our house and time in addition to cleaning up (with a vacuum!!) after each step of installation and at the end of each day before they left. The install crew communicated goals for the day prior to starting and what was completed prior to leaving. Thank you for making the process seamless and sending in a crew we trusted in our home.
HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Unique Indoor for their knowledge, professionalism, customer service, communication and the quality of product installed. They truly set the bar compared to other companies we have used locally that have put a bandaid on our problems, not actually identified and fixed the root of the issue!! THANK YOU!!
