Vinny provided excellent technical support in diagnosing our heat pump issue. He really knows heat pump systems. I'm a technical person myself, and can attest to the fact that he gave very accurate information in diagnosing and explaining the problem. Our system is back up and running efficiently. It appears to me that his company, Alltech Services, has a high number of customers and not enough highly qualified techs like Vinny, because he seemed to be overloaded with work. I hope this was only because our problem occurred the week before a holiday weekend. Vinny made time to get the job done, though, despite scheduling difficulties. We appreciate his dedication to quality work!
