Absolutely amazing business! They removed our old inefficient furnace as well as our even older air conditioner. The new units are awesome! They sent two teams (Jason, Evan, Dakota, Chad and Tony) and had it completed in one day! They laid down cloth where they would be walking and if they ever had to step to an area where there was no cloth, they would put on plastic booties. Upon completion they cleaned everything up like this was their home. I mean, I'm not that clean around here!
A few days later a small water leak developed in the furnace condensate line. They quickly sent Tony to investigate whereupon he found a small crack in the plastic tubing connecting to the pump. Having zeroed in on the problem he quickly fixed it as well as my bruised ego for not discovering such a simple problem myself. Tony is a class act!
