Do not rent from him. He is very bad at his job. He has the easiest job in the world and somehow finds a way to be horrible at it. He never responds to a single thing and goes dark for months at a time. He is also rude and disrespectful, sometimes being racist. He does not like people and it is clear people do not like him.
