I took in a clean 120lb buck. They called me in a week to pickup, I went in brought them some cookies as it was during holidays. They rushed in the cooler brought out packed meat on trays, threw it in a box, told me it was ABOUT 35lbs? I expected close to 50 but what can you do. I put it in my freezer, took out my first pack about 6 weeks later, thawed and opened it. It was freezer burned. Had to be last years deer. I opened another the same. Not only that but 70 percent of the meat was ground? Very disappointed. By the time you find you have someones OLD deer it is to late. Where did it come from, how old was it, buck, doe, how long was it dead before processed on and on! I would not recommend this processor to anyone!! Want a Great one........??? Go to LANCASTERS in Gordonsville TN. Got ALL my meat and the BEST cut I ever had!! Hands Down. I was a meat cutter, I know this!!
