We recently had major issues with our pipes. What we assumed to be a standard blockage causing water backing up into our shower turned out be a much bigger issue. After some minor digging to get to our mainline, Ro found that our pipes were so old, rusted, cracked, leaking and even had plants growing through the cracks and causing extra blockage. Ro was at our house for 4 days making sure the problem was solved fully (and not just some band aid solution). He truly went the extra mile even at the end removing some mud that had entered the new piping during the maintenance work. He was honest and thorough in his communication and we couldn't have wished for a better experience from a messy situation. Thank you Ro!
