I opened an account with this company, providing all my contact information. I placed an order with this company. I provided all information as requested. I then called them to confirm they had received the information. I was told my investment counselor would contact me soon. Next thing that happened was I received an email stating my order was canceled (and a $35 charge to my cc) because they couldn't verify my identity. Using whitepages they stated my information didn't match. White pages has very poor information on people’s names. They stated they called me, I have no record of any call nor was any email sent to me. This company is a rip-off, they provider poor customer service, failed to provide any options to verify my identity, even after I contacted them offering to provide further personal information. Do not do business with them.
