BECAUSE THE COMPLAINT IS NEW, IT TAKES LONGER TO PUBLISH, HOWEVER, DO NOT BE CONFUSED BY THE REVIEWS ON THE BBB WEB SITE Concerning this company IT'S TWO DIFFERENT PROCESSES...WHEN POOR REVIEWS WERE PLACED ON THE BBB SITE AGAINST THE TRAVEL COMPANY... THEY ADDED ON GOOD REVIEWS TO LOOK LIKE THEIR REVIEWS ARE GOOD.
