I took my German Shepherd Dog who had an ear infection to Piney Creek Square Vet for the first time. From the first phone called to scheduled my appointment (which was taken very nice and polite and got our scheduled right away) until we're done with the checked up and ready to go, I experienced nothing but professional manner from Dr. Hoffman and all the staffs. They even kindly waived the exam's fee because my dog was adopted from the shelter. The prescription Dr. Hoffman gave to Grace (my dog) was perfect and now her ear is right up again (before it's kind of hung down because of the pain she got) and it's only been 2 days. It's such a relief to she her free of pain. \r
There was no waiting and no hassle at all on our appointment and it was done very quick. Very nicely done. \r
Dr. Hoffman and the staffs are such a blessing for us and I really appreciated it. I will definitely recommended Piney Creek Square Vet to my friends. Thank you so much everyone at Piney Creek Square Vet, now G
