One of the worst body shop I have ever deal with. Unable to deliver vehicle on time as promised. It took almost 3 weeks after the original completion date to get my vehicle back. When requested for the rental/loaner vehicle after my rental coverage was expired. They flat out declined. Experience with the manger was even worst. He didn't listen to customer's concerns, refused to resolve the situation and wanted to escalate the problem when it was already worst. RESPONSE FROM Jordan Road CARSTAR Auto Body: It’s unfortunate that this customer has the ability to bash an honest business with hard working employees. His 11k repair did take just over 4 weeks to complete which is common on a hail repair of that size. This customer chose to get into a rental that exceeded the amount that HIS insurance allowed for and when HE exceeded his allowable dollar amount prior to completion of repairs he thought that we should pay the extra. That was HIS choice to rent a car that was more than the amount HIS policy allowed. Accidents are an unfortunate thing, but when they happen, and the body shop should not be asked to reduce a customer’s deductible to cover “loss of wages” for the customer. This customer wanted us to reduce his deductible because he lost time from work. We did not hail on his car, he did voluntarily sign a repair authorization, but he did not need to verbally abuse our staff, and in his own words threaten to “escalate the situation” by reporting us to the BBB, posting unjust online reviews and tell the owner that our company was not concerned about their customers. We have been in business for nearly 35 years and are very proud of our company reputation, we simply won’t be threatened into giving unjust discounts by someone that is willing to misuse a public forum to discredit our company.
