Richard D was very knowledgeable and guided us on what steps to take with talking with the manufacture of the oven. Even took the time to show us proper care with turning on and off the main gas line to the house. Was impressed with the time he took to evaluate our gas line problem with the oven and talk with us. Fantastic service.
