I have been using Hendrix Air for a few years now, as I have a contract with them so they come out twice a year in order to do home maintenance and check for emergencies that need to be fixed. When I need to schedule an appointment they always can come out on short notice to get the work done. Once when I called about a problem with my thermostat one of the workers from Hendrix Air stopped by on their way home to check it out, and realized the problem was a dead battery in the thermostat, which the worker then went and got me a replacement and installed it. The only complaint I have is that the price is a little steep for what I can afford, especially after they raised the prices recently. Overall I have had good experiences using Hendrix Air, I will continue to use their services, and would recommend them to any friends or family I know who are looking for similar services.
