Usually when switching doctors one gets a "here we go again" feeling. Surely not this time. The online new patient packet was easy to access, complete, save, and email to the office. The staff is very friendly, the med tech, Missy, patiently listened and entered my history. Dr Jennifer Rivard, MD was nothing short of amazing. She listened to what I had to say, read the timeline I prepared, and examined my skin affliction attentively before offering her diagnosis. She even took a picture to benchmark for next time. Another awesome thing is she called me after the visit because she found a better source to purchase an OTC lotion she recommended as part of my treatment. When does that ever happen? I am so hopeful now after months and months of feeling I had no support. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this practice.
