Took our Honda Civic in for an oil change. My husband called ahead of time to make the appointment. When we got to the dealership, we approached the service area where several service advisors were sitting and asked for the service advisor we had made our appointment with. The man we asked barely looked up and pointed vaguely in the direction of a cluster of men and lost interest. We finally got someone to admit that they were the person we were looking for and told him we had been sent a coupon for an oil change. He laughed at us. Meanwhile the telephone was ringing off the hook and no one would answer it. The one and only person who was doing anything (the guy helping us) had to break off and answer the phone while the other guys just sat at their desks doing nothing. Of course, they also recommended new brakes but failed to diagnose a transmission problem. $600 later they didn't even have the courtesy to reset the check engine light. Never dealt with such rude people in my life.
